Grants Officer
My background
I joined the Community Foundation Wales in August 2021. I have been employed in the third sector for over 10 years supporting social enterprises and membership organisations. Before that I was working in the educational research sector at Cardiff University.
I have a good knowledge of the diverse nature of the third sector in Wales and the opportunities and the difficulties that groups can face.
What I do
I am a Grants Officer, a member of the Foundation’s Grants Team. The Grants team is responsible for running of grants programmes and distributing of grants over £2 million to projects and charities in Wales each year.

Why I love Wales
I was born and have spent most of my life in Wales; the time I have spent away over the years has given me an appreciation of all it has to offer. I love the variety of sea, mountain, town and city on my doorstep.
